Within ten years, Photon Foundry will have built a new kind of photonic chip — a complete quantum-optical system on a single die, built around our room-temperature single-photon emitters. Made at wafer scale through tier-1 foundries, each one will carry a full optical stack, with no cryogenics and no benchtop assembly.
The work we're doing today is about shrinking an entire laboratory of quantum-optical experiments down onto one nanoscale circuit — one that plugs straight into everyday electronics. Our aim is to bring quantum light out of the lab and into hardware people can actually build with, opening up a new generation of sensing, secure communication, and computing.
